Introduction to Shares
The Shares feature in Aliada Create allows you to share your assets with specific individuals via email, enabling them to listen to the asset without needing to join your team.
This is particularly useful for sharing with trusted contacts who may not require full team access.
Who Can You Share With?
You might consider sharing your assets with:
- Family members (e.g., your grandmother, spouse)
- Friends or old bandmates
- Potential collaborators
Interaction and Comments
If the person you share with creates an Aliada Create account, they will have the ability to post comments on the asset. However, they will only be able to see their own comments unless they are added to the team. Members of the asset’s team can view all comments made by shared individuals.
Managing Access to Versions
You have the flexibility to share either:
- All Versions of the asset, or
- A Single Version.
Public Shares
You can also create Public Shares, allowing anyone with the URL to listen to the asset. This is ideal for broader sharing without needing individual invitations.
Share Expiration
When creating a share, you can set a longer expiration date if desired. The expiration feature helps manage access duration and encourages recipients to listen before the link becomes inactive. The email notification sent upon share creation will inform recipients of the expiration date and time.
