Introduction

Shares let you share your assets with specific people (they will automatically be sent an email), so only they can listen to it, but do not want to add to your team.

If the person you share with creates an Aliada Create account, they will be able to post comments, which you can respond to.

But they will be unable to see anyone else’s comments, unless they are added to the Team.

Anyone the asset’s team will be able to see all comments from shared people.

Limiting Access to Versions

You can share the asset so people can review ALL VERSIONS.

Or

You can limit the share to a SINGLE VERSION.

Public Shares

You can create public shares which anyone given the URL can listen to.

Expiration

When creating a share you may set the expiration date further out.

Expiration helps you keep people from having forever access and motivate people to listen before expiration.

The email that is sent when a share is created will let them know when the expiration date & time is.
